Financial Aid

Eligibility

Financial aid is available for children in Kindergarten through Eighth grade. Early Childhood students with a sibling at Pilgrim Lutheran School, in Kindergarten through Eighth grade, are also eligible for aid.

A family must first submit an Online Application to Pilgrim Lutheran School before applying for financial aid.   Pilgrim admits students based on academic merit, test scores, references, and personal qualities. The need for financial aid is not considered when reviewing a student’s admission file. Financial aid files are processed and awards made only after a student is admitted.

While anyone may apply for financial aid, to be eligible a family must demonstrate financial need, either permanent or temporary. If your circumstances change during the school year, please contact the school office. The financial aid committee can review any new information and adjust the amount of financial aid a family receives, if a need should arise.

Applying For Financial Aid

Families applying for financial aid must complete the FAST Online Application and provide all necessary forms. Financial information is collected and processed for Pilgrim Lutheran School by FAST – Financial Aid for School Tuition.  FAST provides a standardized and impartial financial need analysis. The analysis provided by FAST is reviewed by the Pilgrim Lutheran School Financial Aid Committee and serves as a guideline in making a prayerful financial aid decision.  FAST does not make the final award decision.
