Early Childhood Through Eighth Grade

Pilgrim Lutheran School in Southwest Houston maintains fully accredited academic programs. All curriculums provide stimulating paths to knowledge and intellectual, Christian and physical growth, from early childhood development programs and elementary school, through 8th grade.

Rudimentary and accelerated disciplines include traditional subjects such as reading, writing, mathematics, language skills, science, social studies and foreign language. Bible study and weekly chapel attendance raises Christian awareness and growth. Extracurricular and personal development subjects include art, music, band, computer proficiency, physical education, health and community service.

Curriculums offer mastery level achievement opportunities in accelerated subjects while promoting individual interests through electives and extracurricular activities. Therefore, through Pilgrim's preparatory processes, students are well equipped to advance to the next stage of their education.
